This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies the GymSys platform sets, why we set them, and how you can control them. It applies to the GymSys marketing website, the web admin portal, and any other GymSys web property served under the gymatic.eu domain. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit it. The file is stored by your browser and sent back to the originating website on subsequent visits, or to any other website that recognises that cookie. Cookies allow a site to remember your actions and preferences — such as whether you are logged in, your language preference, or items in a shopping cart — so you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit.

Cookies are distinct from other tracking technologies (such as web beacons, pixel tags, or local storage) but the same consent rules apply to all technologies that store or access information on your device under EU Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive) as implemented in Slovak law (Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications), read together with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them). They can be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by third-party services embedded in that website (third-party cookies). GymSys currently sets only first-party cookies.

Managing Your Choices

You are in control of your cookie preferences and can update them at any time. We offer several ways to do this:

  • GymSys consent manager. Use the button below to re-open the consent banner. Your current selections will be pre-filled; change them and click "Save preferences" to update your stored choices immediately.
  • Browser settings. All modern browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their privacy or security settings. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions: Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies; Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data; Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the GymSys admin portal.
  • Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. GymSys honours this signal for analytics and marketing cookies; strictly necessary cookies are unaffected.

No analytics scripts load before you have given consent. If you have rejected analytics cookies, no data is sent to any analytics service for the duration of your visit.

If you have any questions about how GymSys uses cookies or about your rights under applicable data-protection law, please contact our privacy team at privacy@gymatic.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data-protection supervisory authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (ÚOOÚ SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
